Bio

Kristi is currently a second-year Ph.D. student in Management and Leadership at the University of Houston. Her research interests include sex-based differences in the workplace, leadership influences and impacts, performance appraisals, and pay. Prior to joining the University of Houston, Kristi taught at the USAF Air Command and Staff College. Kristi holds an MBA and a Masters in Military Strategy.
